The previous condition was so dire that it necessitated the relocation of the resident priest, as the extensive mould growth rendered the space uninhabitable and posed significant health hazards.

The owner dreamed of transforming their home into a stunning four-bedroom luxury haven, featuring open-plan living and two separate living areas to accommodate comfort and functionality.
Faced with structural issues that could lead to a cycle of ongoing problems, the challenge was not only to restore the property’s integrity but also to create a welcoming and elegant living environment that matched its original promise.
Despite the daunting state of the property, the new owner had a strategic plan. With a $700,000 budget, the vision was clear, but achieving it required a meticulous and innovative approach.
